This system is an Economic AC Solution for intermediate flowrates where stringent product specification is not required. It utilises a SCOTT connected power unit with two AC outputs. It advantages can be outlined as follows:

• Single Power Unit with Two Power Outputs. This means a more cost-effective solution as compared to multiple power units. This system would result in balanced load.
• Simple Grid Electrodes which includes Two Live Grids and one Earth Grid resulting in a deep electrostatic field in addition to the weak AC field between the bottom live grid and the earthed water phase. It has a Deeper Electrical Field Than Single Volt System (30% more efficient than Single Volt system)
